About Me and NCS

Howdy, my name is Aaron and I bought a house in the neighborhood, 2141 Cedar Breaks Dr to be exact, earlier this year. I have lived in the Salt Lake area for 7 years. I am originally from the east coast, Connecticut. I moved here to take a "great" corporate position. I have a long history in computer support, both in personal computing and corporate networks such as Microsoft, Marriott, and Valvoline. I've been building and repairing computers for over 10 years. I started off on my own., servicing small businesses and PC owners: trouble shooting problems, training for staff and setting up networks. I eventually joined the corporate world and directly supervised a team of 45 technicians servicing other large corporations. Managing a corporate team has more to do with policy and procedure than actually fixing problems. I always maintained a honest desire to help people with their computer problems.

I realize that the IT world is very confusing to those who are not experienced, and what I see as simple can be truley frustrating to someone else. Since helping people and actually solving problems is the most satifying aspect of the feild, I decided to set up shop to do just that. I wanted to offer reasonable prices, but setting up a store-front or driving all over the valley . . . I'd have to charge more. Operating locally, out of my house or yours means NO high minimum fees, NO 'book rates', NO extravagant hourly rates to cover travel costs- because you are literaly around the block. Now if only I could find a mechanic like this... Go Green! Buy and work locally!

I don’t have pre-determined rates except the Basic Tune-up because every situation is unique and some things are more difficult or easy than others. I base my fees on $60/hour, but since most things take less than an hour there is NO 1-hour minimum.
